Default TM M9 AEP- Any Info? - 03-07-2008, 11:23 PM

A while back I had read that TM was releasing an AEP version of the M9.

However, since the release of their USP and Skorpion AEPs, I haven't heard anything else about the M9, and my searches have yielded no results.

Does anyone know if TM is still planning on producing an M9 AEP? If so, when?

Thanks to anyone who has any info.

Hmmmm, I was not aware there was a metal AEP version of the M9.

Dragoon, what would you estimate it's FPS? is it reliable? and what would you say its maximum effective range is?

Its an AEP, 70 to 120 foot max range. So far all of the AEP's to date have been released with exceptional hopup units that allow the user to float bb's out to great distances. Yeah, the bb's are going slow as shit but they still get out there.

there is a chinese one, i forgot who makes it, I think Double Eagle. They released the first USP AEP, which has a metal slide and silencer. I heard it was pretty good.

Since they also released a m9 and I'm pretty sure its all metal, I don't know if calling it a clone is appropriate since no one else to my knowledge has released one, as their USP is not a clone since it came out first and is a different design from Marui.

well from looking around to see what their both about, it looks like the TM version was designed first, but never manufactured until DE did. so in a way, both are originals, but the DE one i find much nicer and better designed, cheaper and comes with some nice extras, so they win =p.
i never wouldve thought TM didnt come out with the AEP before DE

Default Hey men - 06-06-2008, 03:34 PM

Hey men i don't know much about the maruy AEP but i have this one from double eagle with maruy system gear, it's very nice, shoots about 210fps, and is not cheap but not too expensive, check it, it is fine for secondary weapon, at least to clean the rooms.

Hmm, of the DE M9? That's interesting.

I'd still love to see TM produce and M9, and a 1911, for that matter, but I'm probably hoping beyond hope.
